Deepen your connection with animals through gentle energy practices, intuitive awareness and shared learning.
Our relationships with animals can be some of the most meaningful connections in our lives. This small group course offers a welcoming space to explore those connections through animal energy healing and spiritual, telepathic communication practices.
Combining guided learning, practical exercises and group reflection, I will help you explore techniques you can continue practising with your own companion animals at home.
With just two to four people in each group, there is time for individual guidance, questions and encouragement, alongside the opportunity to learn from one another’s experiences.
No previous experience of energy healing or animal communication is required.
About the Course
This course introduces the foundations of animal energy healing and intuitive communication, with a gentle, respectful approach that places the animal’s comfort and freedom to choose at the centre of every interaction.
You will learn how to prepare yourself for a session, offer energy without forcing contact, observe an animal’s responses and explore the feelings, images and impressions that arise during intuitive exercises.
Learning in a small group creates opportunities to share observations and hear different perspectives. Everyone experiences these practices differently, and there is no expectation to receive particular information or keep pace with somebody else.
Throughout the course, I will guide you through the exercises, help you reflect on your experiences and answer questions as they arise.
What We Will Cover Together
1. Foundations of Animal Energy Healing
We begin by exploring the principles and beliefs behind energy healing and how these inform a gentle approach to working with animals.
Topics include:
- Universal life force energy within energy-healing traditions.
- The animal chakra system, including the Brachial and Bud Chakras.
- The role of intention and focused awareness.
- Remaining grounded throughout your practice.
- Approaching a session without becoming physically or emotionally drained.
This introduction gives you a foundation for the practical exercises that follow.
2. Respecting the Animal’s Choices
An animal’s willingness to participate is central to this work. They should always be free to approach, move away or end an interaction.
We will explore how to:
- Observe body language before and during a session.
- Recognise when an animal appears comfortable or wants space.
- Offer interaction without requiring an animal to remain still.
- Notice changes in posture, movement and behaviour without assuming they have one particular meaning.
- Allow time for rest and space afterwards.
We will also discuss the practice of seeking energetic permission, while recognising that an animal’s observable behaviour and boundaries must always guide what we do.
3. Grounding, Centring & Energetic Preparation
Before beginning, we will practise settling your attention and creating a calm presence.
I will guide you through:
- Grounding and breathwork.
- Bringing your awareness into the heart space.
- Setting an intention for the session.
- Energetic protection visualisations.
- Noticing distractions and returning your attention gently to the exercise.
These practices form a preparation routine you can return to at home.
4. Gentle Energy Healing Techniques
You will explore different ways of offering energy within the practices taught on the course, allowing an animal’s comfort to determine proximity and contact.
We will cover:
- Gentle hand placement where touch is welcomed.
- Hands-off approaches.
- Working at a distance within the same space.
- Adapting your position as an animal moves.
- Noticing sensations such as warmth or tingling without feeling you must produce them.
The emphasis is on patience, observation and allowing the animal to lead.
5. Intuitive & Telepathic Animal Communication
The communication element introduces spiritual practices for exploring an intuitive connection with animals.
We will explore four forms of intuitive awareness:
- Clairaudience: inner words, sounds or phrases.
- Clairvoyance: mental images, colours or symbols.
- Clairsentience: feelings, emotions or bodily sensations.
- Claircognizance: a sense of knowing or understanding.
Through guided exercises, you will practise quietening your mind, setting an intention and recording any impressions that arise.
We will make space to reflect on those impressions with curiosity, while recognising that personal interpretation, imagination and existing knowledge can influence our experience. There is no pressure to receive a message or demonstrate a particular ability.
6. Closing a Session & Grounding Afterwards
You will learn a clear routine for bringing your practice to a close, including:
- Acknowledging the end of the session.
- Releasing your focused attention from the connection.
- Grounding through breath and physical awareness.
- Allowing the animal time and space.
- Recording your observations for later reflection.
Learning Together in a Small Group
Practical exploration is an important part of the course. Alongside the teaching, you will have opportunities to practise, ask questions and discuss your experience with guidance from me.
Keeping the group small allows each participant to receive personal attention. Shared reflection can also help you appreciate how differently people experience the same exercise.
You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Kindness, confidentiality and respect for each other’s experiences are central to the group.
